The International Day of Clean Air for Blue Skies reminds us that the air we breathe affects all of us our health, our communities, our environment and our economy.
To mark the occasion, Community-Based Organisations (CBOs), in collaboration with the City of Johannesburg, are bringing communities together for a local clean air action event.

Join community members, CBOs and partners as we explore why clean air matters and what we can do about it.
The event will create space to learn, connect and take action through simple but meaningful steps from planting trees and choosing cleaner ways to travel, to preventing open burning and spreading awareness about air quality.
One action can inspire another. Together, we can build cleaner communities, healthier environments and a future where everyone can breathe better.
