Air pollution touches every corner of Johannesburg , the air we breathe, the health of our families, and the future we’re building together.

This September, join Piki Tup, the City of Johannesburg, Seriti Institute, Breathe Cities, the Mmangweta Kasaalibruhan Foundation, and the University of Johannesburg for a 5km community walk that puts clean air and recycling at the heart of the conversation.

Walking together isn’t just symbolic; it’s a call to action. Every bottle collected, every step taken, and every conversation started on the day moves us closer to cleaner air, less waste, and healthier communities across Johannesburg.
